I've been a great fan of motorsport art by silk-screen artist Randy Owens for quite some time. His dramatic use of color to show speed is a great quality, which would be well-used by other racing artists. It is so difficult to convey speed on paper, yet Owen's great swashes of vivid color do just the trick. Other times, Owens aptly captures the beauty of the moment at a unique racetrack or famous race. I'm no great fan of boating, but his sailing artworks are terrific as well.
